About Us

Over The Goal Women's Business Academy for Entrepreneurs, founded by Dr. Narriett Butler  to enhance the life of  women business owners through training of both soft and hard skills, coaching and education that enables them to be a force for social good. Also, we will bridge the gap by partnering with other nonprofits focused on elevating women through business, thus improving the quality of the family and local economy. The Women’s Business academy has a dual mission of supporting women in business and enabling businesses to be a greater force for social good in Philadelphia and the world.
